Hot Oil compres

Hot oil compress is prepared with Zathi(nutmeg)  and Lavender as Dukpa ( compress). Then It soak in hot oil that prepared by nutmeg and caraway  and used to put that compress on the Loong (air humor) points and other specific areas in accordance with the Tibetan science of healing. Also it can be used to apply soothing strokes to massage, parts of your body to address chronic problems such as back pain and tendinitis, as well as to increase energy flow, improve circulation, relax muscles, stimulate nerves, to against sudden fainting, stiffness of the lime, giddiness, hallucinations, palpitation, insomnia and tinnitus. Hot oil compress is more suitable in winter season because it’s can provide heat energy and helps to maintain the temperate body.

Cupping massage

Cupping is a massage technique that is widely used in Eastern medicine and was developed to attract toxins and muscle cramps from deeper body tissues to the skin surface. Because the muscles and the skin get well through blood, it becomes easier for the body to remove waste products, resulting in an overall relaxation. Cupping has a huge depth effect, because special glass goblets are applied to the skin in a vacuum. After a preparatory, relaxing massage, the cups are placed on the oil-smeared skin. The goblets are evacuated so that the circulation is locally stimulated. The cups are moved through various techniques, depending on the complaints. As a result, a deep circulation is obtained over the fully treated area. Due to the enormous depth effect, cupping massage proves its usefulness in shoulder and neck problems due to stress, tension, migraine and back problems, blocked vessels and poor circulation.

During a pregnancy massage you can recover from your day and just relax with yourself and the baby in your stomach. This relaxation is nice for mother and child! The stress that you can hold during pregnancy hinders the production of hormones that are important for an optimal course of pregnancy. During the pregnancy massage you lie on your side and back and you are supported by special pillows. A pregnancy massage is not a deep massage. Consult with your midwife if a pregnancy massage is allowed.
